The estimated value may not always match the property’s listing price, so it is important to read the report in detail to understand how your home’s value was determined. 

After the appraisal, there is a 3-month review process to make any changes and assure accuracy for all parties. The review process is your last chance to ask any questions or address any concerns, so don’t be afraid to ask for details!
